Having a Chief of Police as a brother would normally mean being on your best behavior and staying out of trouble, but for Max, it means getting -into- trouble and geting away with it every time.
This trouble puts him into a very dangerous position. He sees one of his brother's close friends, an undercover police officer, get shot by the Irish Mob's bosses son who has recently come to New York City with some evil plotting the NYPD is trying to put a stop to before it gets out of hand.
Max is lucky to get away from the mobster, but that won't stop him from tracking Max down and killing him, or something of that sort...
When Max tells his brother what he has seen, the Organized Crime Control Bureau desides to inflitrate the Irish mafia in a new way. They send a stripper under the name of Holly Wood (Chelsey, another close friend of Max and his brother) to the mafia's "hideout" so she can have a hear in on some of their plans.

Aswell as a twisted plot that will make you go WTF?
